Why it’s needed

UAE authorities only trust a fully attested certificate

Whether it’s an offer letter, a dependent visa, a free-zone trade licence or a university seat, UAE authorities require every foreign certificate to clear a set chain of counters before it is treated as genuine — a missing stamp anywhere in that chain can stall your visa, Emirates ID or job offer.

UAE Embassy stamp

Consular attestation by the UAE Embassy or Consulate is mandatory for most certificate categories.

MOFAIC stamping

Final stamping by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation inside the UAE.

End-to-end tracking

Every certificate is tracked from the first counter in India to the last stamp in the UAE.

One transparent quote

A single upfront cost covering every stage — no surprise counter fees along the way.

Common questions

UAE attestation, answered

Why is attestation required for the UAE?
UAE authorities need proof that a foreign certificate is genuine before it can be used for a visa, job, Emirates ID, admission or business filing. Attestation is that chain of verification, ending with a UAE Embassy or MOFAIC stamp.
How long does UAE attestation take?
Most educational and personal certificates clear the full Notary–HRD–MEA–Embassy chain in 4–6 working days; commercial documents and urgent express requests are handled on a priority basis.
Is UAE Embassy attestation mandatory for an employment visa?
Yes — for most employment and family visa categories, the Embassy or Consulate of the United Arab Emirates must legalise the certificate after MEA attestation, before it is accepted by UAE authorities.
What is MOFAIC attestation and where is it done?
MOFAIC is the final stamp from the UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation, done inside the country. We arrange this through our local partner network so it’s handled even after you’ve relocated.
Can commercial documents be attested for UAE business or free-zone setup?
Yes — invoices, Certificates of Origin, MOAs and board resolutions can be attested through the Chamber of Commerce, MEA and UAE Embassy for trade licensing and free-zone or mainland business registration.
Do you provide doorstep pickup and delivery?
Yes, across our covered cities we collect your original certificates, carry them through every counter, and courier the attested documents back to you.
